We present modern FELETI equipment for processing pig carcasses: the scalding (спарчан) and scraping machines. These devices are ideal for hair removal and preparing carcasses for further processing 🐷
✅ Scalding Machine (Спарчан):
Horizontal carcass positioning with complete immersion in hot water (around 63°C) for 2.5–4.5 minutes.
Automatic temperature maintenance.
Additional options: exhaust hood, passage sleeve, deflector hood.
Material: AISI 304 stainless steel.
Capacity: 60 pigs/hour (up to 350 kg).
✅ Scraping Machine (Скребмашина):
Automatic loading and unloading of carcasses.
Quiet and vibration-free operation.
Built-in system for rinsing carcasses with warm water.
Control via a logical panel with adjustable processing modes.
Option for hair/zone debris collection.
