Japan firm recalls dietary supplement after two dead, over 100 hospitalised
Japan's Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshimasa Hayashi said on Wednesday (March 27) that authorities were aware of two deaths and 106 cases of hospitalisations thought to be connected to a Japanese dietary supplement that contain red yeast rice - or "beni koji".
