How to Add Google Analytics Code to GeneratePress Theme [3 Working Methods]
Today it's all about Google Analytics and GeneratePress. In this video, you will be introduced to the 3 best techniques for installing Google Analytics code to the GeneratePress theme.
Quick Note: This tutorial is applicable to both Google Analytics universal version & Google Analytics 4 version.
We have used the first method (Hook & Element) for installing Google Analytics on our GeneratePress-based website itself. But you can consider any method that suits you the best.

1️⃣ Method 1: Adding Google Analytics Code to GeneratePress Using the "Hook Element Approach" [Recommended]
Earlier, we implemented the child theme technique for this task. However, it created a problem when we updated the theme. So based on the GeneratePress team's advice, we have chosen this method. This is a one-time implementation only.
But remember, this method only applies to the GeneratePress premium users.
We invested in GeneratePress premium because we wanted to install various scripts (including Google Analytics) to our websites safely by using its "Elements" module.

2️⃣ Installing Google Analytics to GeneratePress using the “Insert Headers & Footers Plugin”
Quick Note: This plugin approach can work for both free as well as premium GeneratePress users.
But it may slow down your website unless you're running your site on a powerful webserver

3️⃣ Installing Google Analytics 4 to GeneratePress theme using Google Tag Manager
This is by far the longest and toughest way to get this task done. But it still provides many advantages. We will install the Google Tag manager first then Google Analytics.
