This is a slight deviation video in my journey to create a Raspberry Pi into a network monitor.
Since we added a static IP address to the Raspberry Pi and laptop in the last tutorial I though I try to give a brief explanation of static vs dynamic and why you primarily want dynamic or dhcp addressing.
