How To COLOR GRADE NIGHT FOOTAGE In PREMIER PRO

2 minute Tuesdays are back! Super quick tutorial on how to achieve a cinematic balanced color grade of night footage in ‪@AdobeCreativeCloud‬ Premiere Pro. Using Both basic and creative lumetri color settings achieve a beautiful result quickly without using color waves and scopes. Using the built in LUT presets and simple color correction can achieve a great quick grade. DISCLAIMER: Always spend the time on color grading using proper waves and color balancing- but if you need a quick result, this will help!

Cinematic Lumix S5 footage in Los Angeles, California. Testing 4k 23.976 & 4k/60 settings on the ‪@LumixUSA‬ S5 paired with the Sigma 85mm F/1.4 DG DN Lenses. All footage was shot in V-log and graded in post.

To test the focusing, all video is shot using AF. Impressive results for minimal difficulty in post production. The Lumix S5 is a fantastic full frame mirrorless camera and can deliver impressive depth of field and colouring for a hybrid camera of its design.
