Cydia downloads ifile, safari download Enabler and appsync for iOS 5+
The installous 5 .deb file (app) you download from safari
The .deb file(installous) zip file gets downloaded to var/mobile/documents for all of you ssh/winscp users who want to download it via the computer pc and manually instal on thier devices
Recomend: Removing installous 4 and restart device when your done
This workaround works for all idevices!
DO NOT UPGRADE INSTALLOUS 5.0 to 5.0.1-1 until you watch my new video that will post now
