Develop communication strategies, risk and issue management frameworks, status reports, project matrixes, and timeline tracking.
Lead and specialize in large-scale cloud engagement program management and orchestration. Create a work breakdown structure to manage internal and external stakeholders, and organize varied project requirements into clear goals and objectives.
