The low-rise residential complex "Obraztsovy Kvartal" is located in Pushkin, a few minutes' drive from Tsarskoye Selo, the former residence of the Russian emperors. It was here that, during the reign of Elizabeth Petrovna, specially planned "model villages" were built.
The complex embodies the charm of cozy European cities: neat buildings blend harmoniously into the natural landscape of the unified "On the Tsarskoye Selo Hills" project. Architecture and Technology
The buildings are painted in natural shades of various colors. The 4-5-story buildings are constructed using brick-monolithic technology: the load-bearing walls are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, and the exterior walls are made of brick with insulation and a layer of plaster.
The boiler rooms are located on the roof of each building, ensuring a reliable hot water supply. Instead of radiators, a "warm water" underfloor heating system is installed: the temperature can be adjusted depending on the season, saving on utility bills.
Young mothers with strollers and cyclists will appreciate the convenient elevators from the ground floor and the barrier-free entrance to the front doors.
Landscaping
The courtyards feature comfortable recreation and sports areas, as well as well-designed playgrounds. Artificial turf provides soft cushioning, protecting children from falls and protecting clothing from stains. The surface is easy to clean and stays dry thanks to a special water drainage system. The buildings under construction will feature car-free courtyards.
