Jim has been with Cigna for 28 years specializing in Database and Application Performance. Jim has worked in IT over 37 years, including in IT Operations and Development at a machine tool distributor, and Application Development at a large aircraft engine manufacturer, always focused on performance. During his career he has been on Database Products and DBA teams. He has presented both internally at these companies, and externally at several conferences. He has a master's degree in Computer Science from RPI, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University Of Hartford School Of Engineering.
