Breaking Boiling Point 2: A Renter's Revenge (Part 5)
Part five of the #CapriceAndElla mini-series #BreakingBoilingPoint2 #ARentersRevenge deals with Ava learning to walk without a cane after a few lesbian sex sessions with Breeanna (the scene is replaced by a lesbian kissing scene from the Canadian drama "Being Ercia"), Breeanna explaining her pregnancy, reproductive rights, and The Golden Rule. Ella continues misbehaving while Caprice decides to take up camera eating (a la Zahra from @ninerlives).

03:51 - Another lesbian sex scene between Ava and Breeanna (similar to Caprice & Ella 420.2). But once again, because of FCC and YouTube regulations, the graphic sex scene is replaced by a lesbian kissing scene from "Being Erica."
05:51 - Breeanna gives a nearly five-minute-long speech about her pregnancy, reproductive rights of the LGBT individuals, the events that transpired since "Breaking Boiling Point", etc. May be a controversial subject, but it may be worth it because Ava Zinn is the executive producer.
10:17 - Ava gets out of the shower after a lesbian sex scene (not shown due to FCC and YouTube regulations).
12:34 - Ava does a load of laundry at the new building though she does so without a cane to walk with and the pain is not as bad as seven months earlier and continues to get things put away and back to normal.
21:31 - Caprice and Ella notice a car parked in the handicapped parking spot without a placard and/or plates (NOTE: Ava spoke to the neighbor and she found out the owner of the vehicle has it but not visible.)
23:09 - Ava now begins to walk without a cane for the first time since Halloween (October 31) 2022. Though Karly Jameson (not seen) notices the "bullying maintenance guy" (seen in Caprice & Ella 420.7 and 426), Ava has taken precautions to avoid a confrontation would likely cause Ava to have high blood sugar and/or a third heart attack since 2009 with a second in 2023.
26:10 - Caprice is finally adjusting to the move in a more positive manner yet admits to Ava she hisses at certain individuals that cause trouble to Ava.
36:00 - Earlier in 2023, a policy of Ava's changed to allow alcohol-friendly medication even though she is not considered to be an alcoholic, yet she does occasionally drinks.
38:32 - Caprice does something that Zahra and Mandy Mittens from @ninerlives of Pittsburgh, PA/Huntsville, AL/Atlanta, GA does often--eating cameras and Ella needed to use the restroom outside and barks towards Ava.
