Step by step guide. Learn how to setup Microsoft Outlook to work with Gmail email.
In this video I will show you how you can easily configure your Gmail account in outlook. the process is same for all version of outlook. like :
Outlook 2003 11.0
Outlook 2007 12.0
Outlook 2010 14.0
Outlook 2013 15.0
Outlook 2016 16.0
Outlook 2019 16.0
Microsoft 365 16.0
Step 1 : Login into your Gmail account in any browser.
Step 2 : open all Settings
Step 3 : Go to forwarding/pop/iamp setting
Step 4 : allow pop3 and IAMP in the setting
Step 5 : click save
Step 6 : Now search on google "less secure setting Google" open 1st result
Step 7 : Now it will show two option you need to click allow less secure app.
Step 8 : now open Outlook, Go to tools, account Settings, new account.
Step 9 : Fill all details as in video.
Step 10 : Now finish it and refresh your outlook by clicking send/receive button.
and now you are ready to send and receive emails from outlook. you can configure as much account you want.
