To open this weeks’ Dungeon Synth Sunday, I am honoured to feature the follow-up album to the Toad King - one of the most fascinating highlights of last year. Tales Under the Oak returns, with a new album of fantastical medieval folklore dungeon ambient, themed around the goings on of an intricate amphibious world.
In this second album, our intrepid adventurer is joined by Frost Clad providing some additional musical details to further enrich this shimmering mystical world of absorbing harmonious drone, lilting, ethereal melodies and a halcyon reverie of glowing ambience.

The Garden of Earthly Delights is the modern title given to a triptych oil painting on oak panel painted by the Early Netherlandish master Hieronymus Bosch, between 1490 and 1510, when Bosch was between 40 and 60 years old. It has been housed in the Museo del Prado in Madrid, Spain since 1939.
