We are members of the Zeitgeist movement Argentina and today we want to tell you that the next ZDay main event will take place here in the south of the world, in the city of Buenos Aires. March 23th
The idea of hosting the main event for the first time in Latin America arises from the need to expand the representation of the movement and support the South American chapters in their quest to generate awareness in very difficult socioeconomic circumstances and in the face of the advance of fascism.
We expect the attendance of speakers from different South American countries and of the global team that will travel specially. The plan the event includes, as usual, the participation of PJ.Such challenge requires extraordinary resources to organize this important event properly. That is why today we ask for your contribution from the point of the world you are in, and by doing so beeing part of the event at a distance.
The contributions will be used mainly for the payment of professional interpreters that will allow to the attendees the correct understanding of the contents of the event, for rental of technical equipment and to help in expenses caused by the trip and lodging of the speakers.
This is the first year that the movement uses a crowdfunding platform and we hope this project will be successful so in the future we can continue to carry out events in all corners of the planet.
