How to import .mov files to After Effects "File is damaged or unsupported" [Solution 2016]

Do you have the problem, where you want to import a .mov (Quick Time Movie) in After Effects and then you see that annoying message:
After Effects error: file '*.mov' cannot be imported - this '.mov' file is damaged or unsupported.
Now you don't need to say anymore "what the fuck is wrong?!", because i have THE SOLUTION FOR YOU!
In this short tutorial i show you how to fix this Error and you don't loose any video quality and you can also import videos with a transparent background or alpha channels !
