Plugin Used : curviloft | joint pushpull
It is very simple to make :
•Draw a square perpendicular to the red axis and from each corner draw a line parallel to the red axis and make it group
•copy the shape and mirror it
•draw arcs beween the shapes as showen in the video
•select all and explode it
•use curviloft to make the shape and expode it
•select the face and delete it
•finally select all the shape and use joint pushpull
