MikroTik CCR2116 for Basic WAN and LAN network configuration
To configure a MikroTik router using Winbox, you need to follow these basic steps:
Connect you PC to the router an Ethernet cable.
Launch WinBox and enter the router's IP address, username, and password. The default IP address is 192.168.88.1 or 0.0.0.0.
Configure the IP addresses, routes, and DNS, NAT settings for you LAN and WAN interfaces using the IP menu.
Configure the firewall rules and NAT settings for your network using the Firewall menu.
