Bio: Officer Hoggers is the head of the MPD (Metromover Police Department), though that isn't very impressive; the department consists of only... 3 monsters, Hoggers included. Hoggers himself is quite incompetent too, sometimes arresting the wrong suspects or ignoring his job to eat a snack. Somehow Metromover Island's crime rate is still quite low, something Hoggers loves to brag about, even though he's barely contributed to it.
