GRS Super Joystick – Configuration Guide for Frontline(Windows MAME 0.243) with POV hat mode
In this latest tutorial, we deep-dive into setting up the game "Frontline" on Windows MAME 0.243 using the Calibration PCB for the ultimate gaming experience. We kick off by launching Frontline, leveraging the Gamepad joystick hat mode. Within the MAME menu, we focus on "Input (this machine)" and begin mapping. This involves configuring joystick movements—up, down, left, right—to the right stick. While the left stick mapping leans heavily on the Calibration PCB, we ensure the U, D, L, and R on the PCB align with the joystick hat's respective directions.
