Blink Sync Module Offline [How to Fix]
In this video, I've covered three fixes to help you get your Blink Sync Module back online if it's displaying offline in the Blink app. The fixes are; restarting the Sync module, performing a rest, and resetting the firmware to trigger a firmware update if a new update is available.
I've demonstrated these troubleshooting steps using the Blink Sync Module 2 and the Blink app on my phone. If your problem is not resolved after trying the first step, make sure to move to the next step.
