The Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 6: Stone Ocean manga is next in line to get the Anime treatment, and the 2nd enemy Stand user that approaches them, is Johngalli A.'s Manhattan Transfer. Johngalli A. is the man who had Jolyne framed and thrown in prison, so both himself and Pucci could exact their revenge for DIO by ending the Joestar bloodline.

Manhattan Transfer has no combat power of it's own in Part 6 Stone Ocean, however it is the perfect Stand for Johngalli A. and his elite sniping abilities. Manhattan Transfer reads the air currents in the surrounding area and moves freely on the air currents. If there are no air currents in the area, Johngalli A.'s Stand will float to the floor.
Johngalli A. makes use of his elite sniping abilities that he learned from being a soldier, and if he shoots a bullet towards his Stand Manhattan Transfer, the bullet gets smoothly redirected in a new direction. This allows for Johngalli A. to strategically shoot around corners and hit targets he would normally not be able to snipe.
Johngalli A. teamed up with Pucci to get Jolyne thrown into prison, so that they would then be able to take out her, and her father Jotaro, to get revenge for the sake of DIO. This also lead to Pucci gaining Jotaro's Stand and Memory discs to learn of the contents of DIO's diary.
Part 6 Stone Ocean has many interesting and unique Stand concepts, some good, some bad. Although some seem very simple such as Manhattan Transfer. This Stand needs air currents to move or else it will fall to the ground. It can also dodge fast moving air currents to dodge attacks or even water from sprinklers.
This Stand is very basic and would be useless if Johngalli A. didn't use a sniper. It's not my favourite Stand at all but it looked rather unique as a Artificial Non-Humanoid Stand.
