How to set up Windows 10 proxy server
To set manual proxy in windows 10 (may be applied to windows 8.1, 8):
Open Settings.
Click Network & Internet.
Click Proxy.
In the Manual Proxy Setup section, set the Use a Proxy Server switch to On.
In the Address field, type the IP address.
Type the port, in the Port field.
Click Save.
