How to Check Spelling and Grammar in Microsoft Word
Hey! Welcome to HOWZA channel! In today's tutorial, you will learn how to check spelling, grammar in Microsoft Word.
Open Microsoft Word or the Word document you need.
If your text has mistakes in it, they will be underlined red. You can click on the underlined word and choose the correct spelling from the list. Click on the suggestion to fix an error.
If you see the words underlined in blue, it means there is punctuation or incorrect word choice error. Click on the word to see the suggestion. Click on the suggestion to fix an error.
You can also check grammar and spelling using tools panel. Go to Review tab. Click Spelling and Grammar at the top left corner of the window.
The right-side tools panel will open. You will see the mistakes and suggestions how to fix it. Click on the suggestion to apply it to the text. Next mistake and suggestion will appear. Fix all the mistakes you need.
If you don’t want to fix the suggested error, click on Ignore Once or Ignore all.
Close the right-side panel once you’re finished editing the document.
