Check out the Secret Project hidden in After Effects
I've only just learned that each version of After Effects contains a hidden, secret aep project. You can access it by holding ALT and clicking on the About After Effects menu link in Help.
The project opens and reveals a cute animation, all done using shape layers and the built-in effects.
