In this video our MemberFix Operations Manager, Viktor explains one of the ways in which we use Airtable as a cheap, easy CRM.
In this particular case, Viktor explains how we use Airtable to perform outreach to establish partnerships with various membership plugin vendors and theme vendors. A lot of our customers and traffic comes from these relationships so we decided to prioritize outreach to them.
But we needed a way to track the outreach without getting mixed up or annoying folks by sending messages they'd already received.
There are great free tools like Streak for Gmail, but we needed a central dashboard to manage the outreach so we naturally leaned on our beloved Airtable!
