HOW TO FIND THE MILITARY'S PDA - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. CLEAR SKY
As the quest title suggests, it can be taken from Semyon Ovechko, a military deserter who betrayed Khaletsky when he was captured by stalkers near the embankment and refused to rescue him. Ovechko hid in a small tunnel under the road to the north, between the newcomers' village and the ATP, where he can be found. He has a quest to find his comrade Pupin's PDA.
