Bind a handler to the Album thumbnials on Top
to retrieve items with the same Artist-Album name.
(not fast at all, but good enough for concept testing)
Average 50 songs per second to load,
(that include building an album thumbnail,
create a playlistItem, populate the listview.
If the output were text only, anyone can populate
a list in a small fraction of a second. )
UWP, Events always fired more than Once
e.Handled Property were NOT available, anymore!
Multiple Events, needs multiple flags and counters
to handle it with codes.
Tablet's version of windows 10, ListView
has a very thin vertical scrollbar,
it is impossible to use.
