Hoist transfer MND/ALS patient
If you are a carer for someone with ALS/MND you may need to transfer them in your home using a hoist. This video demonstrates how we do this, but is not perfect, and is intended for sharing of information.
YOU need to be shown how to use your own hoist in your own situation with the help of an Occupational Therapist or Physio Therapist or other qualified health professional.
