The Love of Lily Mae
This is our story of the love and life of our precious daughter. Lily Mae was born with a rare disease called congenital diaphragmatic hernia. This caused a hole in her diaphragm and her abdominal organs moved into her chest cavity. This caused Lily to be born with one tiny lung. She had surgery at 2 days old. Ultimately CDH took her life. We want the world to know about her love and the journey our family went through. We think about our daughter everyday and we love her so much.
