Comparing the new Topaz Video Enhance AI with the Topaz Gigapixel AI to see if it's worth to waste about 5 times more time when upscaling a video to 4k from 1080p. Gigapixel AI takes about 37 seconds per frame but the new Video Enhance AI takes about 3 minutes and 8 seconds per frame. (Will probably differ depending on your system specifications)
Also this was uploaded in 4k in order for Youtube take as much bitrate as possible since uploading it in 1080p would add too much compression so comparing the different upscaling would be more difficult.
