Audacity Crackle and Skipping During Playback - Just Change 1 Setting
I'm sure diehard Audacity users already know all this but just in case someone out there is having crackle when they are trying to preview their newly edited file, this should help. It works for me.
Recording - Wndows WASAPI
Playback - MME or DirectSound
