The EVRAZ Rocky Mountain Steel Mill will become the first steel mill to run almost entirely on solar.

Lightsource bp has financed, built, and will continue to own and operate the Bighorn Solar project and sell all the electricity it generates to Xcel Energy under a long-term power purchase agreement. The project is located on EVRAZ Rocky Mountain Steel property in Pueblo, making it one of the largest on-site solar facilities dedicated to a single customer in the country.
