I'm hot off submission of my first book's manuscript and whilst I await my edits, I'm sharing my book publishing journey!
In this video I cover how the traditional publishing route works, from the moment you get an offer onwards! I chat about how advances work, how your commission works with your publisher and agent, how international rights work, how my submission timeline panned out, and what I spoke to my publisher about in our very first meeting!
My book is non-fiction, and I've taken the traditional publishing route, with Little, Brown publishing it in April 2020.
