INGREDIENTES:
1 taza de harina tamizada
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio (baking soda)
1/4 cucharadita de sal
3 cucharadas de azúcar blanca (dividida si vas a montar la clara sino mezclara todo con la harina)
3/4 taza de leche entera
1 cucharada de vinagre blanco o zumo de lima o limón.
1 huevo entero (o separado si vas a montar la clara)
1 cucharada de mantequilla sin sal derretida (si la mantequilla es con sal omitir la sal en la harina)
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sifted flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of white sugar (divided if you are going to mount the white if not mix everything with the flour)
3/4 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon or lime juice.
1 whole egg (or separated if you are going to mount the white)
1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter (if the butter is with salt omit the salt in the flour)
Así solas están deliciosas, pero puedes agregar chispas de chocolate, manzanas, banana, blue berries, nutella, si quieres.
So alone they are delicious, but you can add chocolate chips, apples, banana, blueberries, nutella, if you want.
