Sharp 6.1-inch WQXGA 2560x1600 IGZO Smartphone Display Prototype

That's the same resolution as the 10-inch Nexus 10 Android tablet. The HD resolution and smaller size combination actually translates to a pixel density of nearly 500ppi. Keep in mind Sharp showed off its 5-inch 1080p "prototype" display just months prior to HTC launching the Droid DNA smartphone with it, so we may see this 6.1" super high definition screen in phablets by Fall 2013.
