In this video, I finalize updating my Nexus 6 to the most recent CyanogenMod version. I realize that CyanogenMod is changing projects, but my Nexus 6 was slow sluggish and I needed a ROM that I trusted.
In order to do this, I had to use TWRP to flash the CM ROM and then Google Apps.
After that, I used fastboot to update the Android radio image and the android bootloader.
The sound cuts out at the end of the video, but you can see what I typed to flash the new radio.
