SERUM HARDSTYLE SCREECH | Rawstyle Screech Tutorial | Hardstyle Serum Tutorial (Rawstyle Serum)
In this video you'll learn how to make a raw hardstyle screech with Serum. Serum is a very popular plugin, also for producers of the harder styles. Serum is very versatile, flexible and has many options (like NI Massive).
Just take a look at all the Serum settings...
I used LFO1 for the WT POS & filter cutoff to create a sweep and scream. I also enabled a phaser.
On the mixer, I used an aggressive distortion with the iZotope Trash. Then I used an EQ to remove some mid/low frequencies and to add some highs. And at the end a limiter to limit the signal.
Also play with some of the Serum settings and listen to how the screech changes... Try it out and let me know if it helps.
