With the Oblivion Gate closed and new arrows in my pack, I returned to the captain and told him I was ready to move in. It turns out that the last few times I cleared Kvatch of daedra wasn't enough; I needed the soldiers to do it, too. With their help, I convinced Brother Martin to come with me, but first, let's take care of the rest of Kvatch.
