This video shows how to dub over a scripted voice with another track in Audacity. I find this kind of technique helpful when creating video tutorials. On the initial recording, my voice usually stumbles and doesn't hit the right tones, etc -- because I'm focusing on the simulation (the actions on the screen). Then I go back and re-record my voice, and during the re-recording, I can focus on the voice. This video shows you how to sync the dubbed voice with the timing of the original.
