[EU4] War Academy III: Military Idea Groups
In this episode of the War Academy I go over the second largest source of army quality: idea groups. I cover which ones you should use and when you should use them.
Note that I don't cover event sets for idea groups. They have a small enough impact that they can be ignored for the most part.
