Aurora's talent heals 3,5% of her max HP per second, that's a lot, because she has over 4k HP. As long as she keeps her sp under half, it's the same as if she had a medic.
When I recorded the clear, Aurora was Rank 7, but her skill 1 stays with half starting sp even at m3, so it wouldn't be a problem.
