According to Neil Walsh, UNODC Cybercrime Expert, the encrypting virus #Petya / #NotPetya, which has recently attacked computers in various countries worldwide, is technically more sophisticated and more dangerous than another ransomware virus, such as WannaCry, as it attacks computers in different ways.
The new attack poses risks to all companies, economies, government and private internet users.
