Issue Description:
This is when the user’s PC or server profile has been replaced or upgraded and the ODBC connection is lost
• The ODBC installation guide is found on the VIP website
– Go to the website www.sagevip.co.za
– Click on Login
– Customer zone (log in)
– Click on Knowledge base
– Choose option ODBC
– Search for “ODBC Installation”
