Joint-Use Library Dedication: Book Dedication
TCC President Edna Baehre-Kolovani and Mayor William Sessoms placed two books: "Acts of Optimism," TCC's photo-documentary, and "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" by Dr. Seuss in a display case to become a permanent feature in the Joint-Use Library, a symbol of the partnership between TCC and the City of Virginia Beach.
