Reset Safari without opening Follow these steps

STEP 1. Copy and paste in your computer some where everything in my video description that you need later.

STEP 2. Left hand upper corner click on apple logo you see on your screen then in drop menu click force to quit and quit everything. Youtube as well you need to watch my video on other device

STEP 3. Click on Go on top of screen then  select Go to folder  Type: ~/Library 
Hit Go • Move to Trash  cookies, cache and safari

STEP 4. • Navigate to Folder  Saved Application State • Move to Trash  com.apple.Safari.savedState Close the window.

STEP 5. Now open Terminal • Copy and Paste these all commands at once in Terminal.
