Every person who picks up a camera or phone in video mode and presses the "Record" button does this. We all make these mistakes because it's natural.
This video lists five common mistakes and gives simple recommendations on how to fix them. I know what I'm talking about - most of the examples of screwed up videos in this video were shot by me over the years.
