Dry salted fish. I was hoping for the best... I'm disappointed.
I don't mean to offend anyone... I've been watching a lot of videos about dry-curing fish... I decided to give it a try. The fish turned out beautifully dried, but the amount of salt in it was way too much. Maybe I did something wrong? If I'm wrong, correct me.
