Welcome to Excel in a Minute!
This is one of the basics that you need to know when you are just starting with Excel.
First, let’s discuss how to open an existing Excel file. There are three ways to do this.
First is by double-clicking the file in its folder location. To do this, go to the folder where the Excel file you want to open is located. After that, just double click the file then it will automatically open the Excel window.
Next is by accessing the open option in the File tab. To do this, click the File tab. After that, the backstage view will appear. Then on the left side of the window, you will find the open option. Then click the browse option. A pop-up window will then appear. From there, you may navigate through the location of the file. After selecting the file, click Open.
