Origin UI not loading fix
1.End Origin webhelper while origin is open
2.delete visual files (xml) in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin [32-bit location= C:\Program Files\Origin]
2.5.Close/end origin/origin process
3.delete(or backup by cutting) everything in prgram data\origin
4.delete all cache folders in appdata folders:
local
roaming
5.Open Origin and sign in
This is for a 64-bit windows, results can possibly be reproduced on 32-bit windows but there is limited guarantee that it will work.
Furthermore, it is entirely possible that your issue is a variant of the one I encountered and my solution might not solve your problem, however

NB!!: Origin is unfortunately not a perfect/ amazingly great platform and will most likely revert to this problem after being updated, amongst some of
the users (in the forums)(links above), it is said that disabling updates keeps the issue at bay. However if you do go this route I recommend that you keep an eye out on the
patch notes/ fixed bugs of the new updates, just so that you are aware of any vulnerabilities, possible bugs/and/or errors that might arise.
