The first time I watched Tim Burton's Corpse Bride was an airplane around this time last year. I'm such a big fan of the animation style, sense of atmosphere, simple storyline, and charming characters (the Black Widow and maggot are my my favourites of course). And the film uses music in its world so well too! “Victor’s Piano Solo” is a Moonlight Sonata-inspired piece that offers a first glimpse into his fuller character and creates an authentic connection between him and Victoria.
