Some time ago, we made a bold attempt to create an effective ultra-thin CPU cooler. We talked about it in one of our videos.
The experiment was incomplete because we encountered a problem with heat dissipation between the aluminum heatsink and the copper contact base.
To improve thermal contact, we decided to solder the base to the heatsink after chemically copper-plating it.
This is the experiment I'd like to share with you today.
I should warn you in advance that, unfortunately, not everything went as planned, but that's what experiments are for!
